How it works
Two sides, one simple process
Care For Indians is an introduction platform. We verify people, give you the information you need to decide, and then stay out of the way. No agency markup, no lock-in contracts.
For families
Finding care for your family
01Search your city
Filter by category, city, hourly rate, rating, service and the language spoken at home. Every listing shows real pricing — no 'contact for quote'.
02Check what was verified
Each profile shows its badges separately: government ID, background screening and reference checks. If a badge is missing, we say so rather than hiding it.
03Message and interview
Start a chat, share photos, and schedule a video interview when you are ready. Nothing is committed until you both agree.
04Arrange care directly
Agree hours, rate and start date with your caregiver. You pay them directly — Care For Indians never takes a commission from either side.
05Leave an honest review
Only families who actually booked can review, so ratings stay meaningful for the next family searching in your city.
For caregivers
Getting listed and hired
01Create your listing
Pick your categories, set your hourly rate, list the languages you speak and the regional cooking you know. Free, always.
02Get verified
Upload your government ID and certificates. We review them and add the badges to your profile — verified profiles get far more enquiries.
03Publish your availability
Set your weekly hours and block out dates you are away, so families only ask about times that actually work.
04Answer enquiries
Families message you directly. Take a video interview, agree terms, and start work — no agency standing between you.
05Keep everything you earn
We do not take a cut of your rate and we do not hold your payments. What you agree with the family is what you are paid.
Questions families ask us
Do you charge a commission?
No. We do not take a percentage of your caregiver's rate and we do not process payments. You pay your caregiver directly on terms you agree together.
What does 'verified' actually mean?
It means we sighted the documents behind a specific badge — government ID, a background screening result, or contactable references. Each badge is shown separately so you know exactly what was checked and what was not.
Are you an employer or an agency?
Neither. Caregivers on Care For Indians are independent. We introduce people and give you the tools to talk, interview and decide.
Which countries do you cover?
Today: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Australia and Singapore. Join the waitlist with your city and we open new ones where demand builds up.
Can I find someone who cooks a specific regional food?
Yes — that is the point. You can filter by language and see cooking preferences like Jain, Satvik, South Indian and vegetarian on each profile.
How do I know a review is real?
Only families who booked a caregiver through the platform can leave a review. There are no paid placements or sponsored listings.
